Prior to obtaining the services of Johnsons Gate Openers a gate problem was my worse nightmare. As the primary person responsible for four automatic gates in my development I soon learned the difference between good, bad and indifferent response from gate companies. The prompt response followed by efficient, caring personal service has distinguished Albert and his staff from all with whom I have dealt in the past. The "personal touch" and attitude is priceless.

Our 15-year-old gate opener recently died. I got 3 quotes from from 3 highly-rated companies on name brand units. Johnsons Gate Openers had the most competitive price of the three and the quote was substantially better than the highest quote. (all companies were quoting the same brand and model number.) Plus, the company was able to get an installation team out within a week of me accepting the quote. The owner Albert Johnson who installed my opener was very courteous, professional and proficient. All in all, about as good an experience as one can expect, therefore the 5-star rating.

This Company has the Old Fashioned Values we need more of. If I could give ten stars I would. I am a out of State Landlord and it is so hard to get a honest Company when they find out you cannot even check the issue needing fixed. I originally called another company that had installed my new gate opener. Well bottom line is they were going to charge me 500.00 dollars for new part on top of the labor repair. I decided to get.a second opinion. I emailed Johnsons Gate Openers. Albert Johnson ... Emailed me back during the Evening ......after Hours..... He explained the bad part to be replaced for this repair would only be $83. After the Professional response I decided Johnsons gate openers would be the Company for me. They had went to my property and the same day had the new part and were totally honest and Professional all the way to the end. Albert called me before and after the repair and completed it all on time and Quickly. I could tell by talking to him he was a honest person. I will call no one else for gate repairs ever again. I just cannot say enough good things about this Company.

The quality and service are amazing from Johnsons Gate Openers. Albert is a true professional. The work is high-quality at a fair price. Albert was accommodating when some of the job had to be delayed based on another piece of the project that still was not complete. Albert is easy to work with and seems very genuine and not just out to make a buck. Thank you very much!!!!!

I was able to work with the owner Albert Johnson personally every step of the way. Albert is very knowledgeable and professional he is very easy to work with and took the time to explain how the gate would work in detail. I highly recommend Johnsons Gate Openers if you are looking for a driveway gate and opener done right. Don't settle for a cheaper alternatives.
